Privacy. Paper Kite Career Consulting will not sell or disclose any personal client information, including documents or correspondence generated by clients or Paper Kite. Paper Kite will not disclose client names or in any way indicate who has used Paper Kite services, unless client gives express consent to use text and/or photography (i.e., a review or testimonial). Paper Kite may occasionally send emails; users can opt-out by replying to the email and unsubscribing.
Payment. Client agrees to pay for career consulting services at the agreed-upon amount via PayPal within 10 calendar days of emailed invoice and return of final edited document(s). The amount due is the total amount in full.
Disclaimer. Paper Kite cannot and does not guarantee employment. Resumes and cover letters are one part of a process that factors in many different variables that are outside the control of Paper Kite and its clients. Paper Kite provides editing, advice, and suggestions only. Paper Kite will not write new resumes or cover letters “from scratch.” It is at the discretion of the client to incorporate edits and feedback. Documents are reviewed and edited based on information provided by the client.
